You receive a refund if:
A writer was not assigned: This does not happen very often, but if it does you are entitled to a full refund. We will notify you in the fastest time possible on our end to make sure that you know about the situation and so that you know to request a refund.
Late Delivery: This only happens if the writer gets ill or in case of other serious emergencies. The company will refund to the customer the total minus the number of pages that the writer completed. In other words, the writer will delivery to the client what has been completed up to the delivery date and the customer will only pay for the number of pages delivered. The remainder will be refunded to the customer.
On time delivery of the product to the customer is guaranteed. In a situation where the customer is at fault for the delay, such as in the case where a customer does not reply to communication or requests for materials or clarification, no refund will be granted.
Additional order by mistake: If you place an order by mistake, please contact us immediately. One a writer is assigned to your project and you have not notified us of the mistake, your order will be considered valid and we will not be able to provide a refund.
Billed twice: In the case that you are billed twice, please contact us immediately to notify us. You must provide proof of both transactions. If you are not able to provide proof that you were billed twice, we will not provide a refund.
Plagiarized content: If you believe that your work contains plagiarized content, you must submit to us a Turnitin report. No other report will be accepted and no refund will be given without this report.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
You receive a grade that is not what you expected. Please be aware that the papers are samples and for use as reference materials. We do not guarantee any particular grade.
Delay payment: In the situation where a payment is delayed and the customer makes the claim that the order is delayed, a refund cannot be requested and we will take not responsibility for delayed customer payments.
Refund processing
Once you receive the refund confirmation from us, which will be sent in writing to your email address you provided to us when your order was placed, the company will process your refund within 5 business days. NOTE: the company will not be held responsible for bank fees, transfer fees, or delays associated with your bank service or PayPal. Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of when your paper was submitted to you and must meet one of the conditions listed above. Refunds will not be given for requests for refunds made after 3 business days of delivery.
Disputed claims: In the situation where a customer is not satisfied and would like a refund for reasons not listed here, the customer may request a refund and the company will investigate. There is no guarantee that the customer will receive a refund in this instance; however, our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and we will work with the customer until they are fully satisfied.
