Essaysowls.com (the “Site”) is provided by One Concept, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

We have created a revision policy to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their final product. Our priority is to make sure that we provide the best, 100% quality services to our customers that assists them in attaining academic excellence. What lets us know that we are doing our job is that our customers come away with their expectations met and happy with their product!​

Because of this, we have put in place revision policy that is fair for our customers who feel that their paper was not written to the standards that they hoped for. This is a very rare occurrence; however, we realize that there are times when something may have been missed or an objective was not met.​

Highlights of our revision policy:

All of our writers will attest that clear, written instructions are essential when it comes to writing. When our customers provide us with detailed instructions when placing their order, there is rarely ever a reason for a customer to need a revision. However, there are times when a customer does not provide clear instructions or changes the requirements from the initial instructions provided. When the instructions remain the same, our writers are happy to provide revisions until the customer is happy with the work. But, when the initial requirements are changed, we reserve the right to charge the customer an extra fee for revisions as the writer would need to start over if the instructions are changed. If a customer needs the writer to start over with new requirements and instructions, our customer service team can assist the customer in placing a new order. Our writers will only revise works at the customer’s request when the original instructions were not followed by the writer.

As long as customers do not change the requirements of their original order, our writers will gladly, at no additional charge, revise the work until the customer is satisfied.

**Please, note that we give customers a 3 day deadline to request revisions of their product after work is initially submitted to the customer to receive the revisions at no charge. If a request is received after this 3 day window, the revisions will not be done free of charge. After this 3 day window, customers will pay an additional fee of $5 per page for edits to your original order. If you would like your revisions at no charge, be sure to put in your request early! Requests that are outside of the scope of the original order requirements require a new purchase order.

Revisions can be requested in writing by emailing our customer service team. Please note that revision timelines are subject to availability of the writer and current schedules. We will do our best to deliver your revisions in a timely manner, however. Please allow up to 7 days for revisions.
