Customer Acknowledgment
We make sure that our customers have all of the information that they need regarding our terms and conditions. Hence, when our customers decide to place an order with us they are confirming that they agree to follow the user agreement guides we have publicly provided on our website.
Use of product
We prohibit our customers of using our papers (i.e. essays, research papers, etc.) as their own, putting their name on any of our products, or submitting our papers to an academic institution under their own name. All papers provided to the customer are for reference material only and serve as samples that students may use as examples when writing their own papers. They may also be used for study purposes. All papers are acquired from freelance writers who gives us all of the rights and ownership to the papers. We do not condone academic dishonesty or fraud, plagiarism, or violations of copyright laws. We abide by copyright laws and will not allow any customer to violate copyright laws. All materials provided to the customer are for private use by the customer only and One Concept, LLC retains all copyrights to all of the materials. The purchase of the paper does not constitute a transfer of ownership of copyright to the customer. In addition, we will not be held responsible for any grades that the clients receive nor any academic or disciplinary actions against them if they violate these policies.
Information for contact
We strongly suggest that clients provide accurate contact information when they place their order in order to facilitate smooth communication and delivery of products. We will not be held responsible if the client fails to provide accurate contact information.
Resource materials
We provide all of our writers with excellent materials to use in research, though our writers welcome materials provided by the client as well, such as relevant textbook pages. In case the writers are not able to find appropriate resources for the particular topic of the product purchased, the client will be asked to provide relevant resource materials. If the resource required by the client requires a purchase fee, the client will be responsible for paying the extra amount and providing the source.
Client instruction
Customers are to provide us with all requirements and instructions on how they would like for their paper to be produced and they agree to be available should our writers need further clarification or instructions. We will not be responsible for any mistakes made or late paper deliveries due to insufficient information provided by the client or a lack of communication from the customer should we reach out to them for clarification. We will take charge of any paper that does not have sufficient instructions if the client fails to communicate or provide the necessary instructions requested. Clients may have revisions if requested, as long as the revisions do not contradict the original instructions provided to us by the client and as long as the request is made within 2 weeks of when we submitted the work to the client. If the revisions do not match the instructions that were provided with the original order, the client is responsible for paying an extra fee as it would involve rewriting the work.
Plagiarism
We scan all of our content through a plagiarism scanner, which allows us to detect if there is any duplicate content. If the customer claims that there is plagiarism in the work, we will gladly provide a plagiarism report to the client. If the paper does have duplicate content, our writers will happily revise the paper at no charge. We will not accept any plagiarism report provided by the customer.
Technical errors
In rare cases, websites have been known to fail because of technical issues. We will not be held liable for technical failures and errors.
Payment agreement
We are free to charge you for the order placed once you agree with its terms and conditions. Payment is due upfront, in full before our writers begin work. We do not accept partial payments at this time. Your money will be held in escrow until the project is complete.
Order cancellation
In case a customer changes their mind and wishes to cancel their order, they may do so. The customer can do this by writing a formal email to Customer Service, notifying them that they would like to cancel their order. This must be done within 48 hours after submitting payment for orders with a project due date of 1 week or more out from the date of purchase and within 24 hours after orders placed with a project due date of 3-7 days out from the date of purchase. Urgent projects due within less than 48 hours may not be cancelled as the writers begin work on these as soon as they receive them to ensure a timely delivery. If the customer violates this procedure or the writer has already begun work on the essay, we reserve the right to reject the cancellation. Another option that is available in case of order cancellation is Freeze Money option which means to save money for the next order/orders.
Delivery deadlines and reasons for delay
Meeting deadlines is one of the most important parts of our business model and why we have such a high customer satisfaction rate. We meet all the deadlines that are set by our customers or they will receive a refund as per our money back guarantee. But there are occasions that lead to late deliveries when customers fail to communicate adequately to get the project done on time. Here are some of the instances:
a) Verification of billing information . In cases where billing does not go through properly or we need to verify, the client must be available or we cannot agree to getting the project done on time.
b) Not replying to our requests for information, sources, or clarification on instructions.
Failure to do these things above results in delayed delivery and customers will not receive a refund in such instances nor do we take any responsibility for these cases.
Communication via email
Due to our high volume of customers, we currently are not able to offer phone support; however, our customer service team is always available via email at info@essaysowl.com and through our online chat window. Every customer can communicate with our customer service team at any time regarding the progress of their project. However, if the customer fails to communicate with customer service by replying to our writers or customer service representatives, we will not negotiate a refund.
Editing
Delays for delivery sometimes occur when clients provide different instructions when requesting a revision or require a change in scope. We will not be held liable and will not provide a refund when a client changes their initial instructions for their project.
Provision of unclear instructions and provision
Delays sometimes occur due to provision of unclear instructions. We request clients to spend some time when they fill out the instructions to think through the instructions they are providing and to make sure these match with those requested by their instructor. They customer should also provide instructions on the proper source materials required.
Academic level
We work with projects from high school level up to the professional academic levels, which includes nursing, medicine, and law school students. When placing orders, customers are asked to fill out which level they are at in their academic journey, so that we can match the project with the appropriate writer and also so that we can ensure that we provide the correct level of writing for the client. If customers would like to change this level, in the case they made the wrong selection, they may do so, but it may result in additional costs should the writer have already started writing the paper.
Payment
Writers will not begin any work on any customer product until payment is made in full and has cleared.
Customer Support
We have excellent customer service and support. Our customer service team is available between 8am and 6pm Pacific Time on weekdays, and on Saturday from 8am-12pm Pacific Time to help you with issues related to billing, orders, and current projects.
Legal tender
Upon checkout, our customers agree with the terms and conditions, and in doing so agree to abide with them regarding the use of our academic writing services. Our products remain ours for reference and samples that we may use to show other clients. Cyber-crime will be reported.
